National Abstract Exhibition

“Ancestral Alchemy” has been selected to be a part of the Abstract National Exhibition at the Gladys and Karl T Weidemann Gallery in Wichita, Kansas. This artwork is part of my latest series, “Awakening the Ancestors”. The opening reception is January 6th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and will include remarks from the juror, Pamela Caughey. The exhibition concludes March 23rd.

Opening San Francisco Street Art Gallery

San Francisco Street Art Gallery is hosting a First Friday Art Showcase featuring work from 10 artists in the gallery from 12 to 6pm. Hope you can come by and meet the artists…and enjoy food, drink and fine art. I will be at the gallery to greet you with new art on the walls!

The gallery is located in the Santa Fe downtown plaza at 50 E. San Francisco Street.

OPENING: Taos Abstract Artist Collective

The Taos Abstract Artist Collective (TAAC) is hosting a Fall Exhibition of 74 abstract artists selected from Northern Mexico. The opening reception is Friday, October 13th from 4 to 8 pm at the Stables Gallery in Taos Center for the Arts. The show is up October 13-21.

My piece, REBIRTH from my Liminal Realms series was selected to be shown in this 2nd annual event. It is free to the public. If you are unable to attend, you can purchase a fabulous catalog featuring the artist’s work in the show.

Jen Tough Gallery Reception

I will be featuring my art in one of the Artist in Residence rooms for the reception at the Jen Tough Gallery in Santa Fe on Saturday, September 2nd from 4 to 6 pm. The reception will include a Solo and Group show in the gallery along with Artists in the AIR studios sharing their artworks. I will also be at the gallery Friday through Sunday, 9/1-9/3, from 10 to 6 pm if you would like to stop by for a visit and see some of my latest artwork.

MUSEUM OF ART FT. COLLINS TRIENNIAL EXHIBITION

The Museum of Art at Ft. Collins is exhibiting art by 46 artists from seven states for the Rocky Mountain Triennial. The exhibition was juried by Merry Scully, the former curator of contemporary art at the New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fe, NM.

My painting “Emergence” from my Liminal Realms series was selected for the exhibition. It is a fabulous show representing a variety of art forms and will be open May 26th - August 6th.
